Facebook hacked

I recently received a post similar to the one below on my Facebook Wall - this was posted by a friend who I know does not smoke the giggle twig.
The wording is along the lines of “You know smoking bud?”
I saw the same post on someone else’s wall, from a different person, and then realized something fishy was going on.
Let me know if you guys have experienced something similar - Facebook certainly isn’t as secure as we all thought and we will probably see a lot more of this kind of thing.
